Putin's army towards shameful failure

While we have entered the sixth week of Russia's failed attempt to invade Ukraine, I think the causes, circumstances that are affecting this illegal and criminal invasion, should be analysed.

In an effort to keep pace with combat operations in Ukraine, Vladimir Putin eventually signed a presidential decree for the rapid mobilization of 134,500 young recruits aged 18-27, mainly students from universities and rural areas of Russia.

But how can this be read?

Already footage of tanks, combat helicopters, armoured vehicles, transport and logistics destroyed by constant, intense attacks, day, night in urban and rural areas of the military and Ukrainian resistance units are taking laps of the World.

These videos lacked only the images of frightened, unmotivated, unequipped, cleansed Russian student recruits, etc. who are being forcibly taken to universities, leading them to death on an already impossible mission. It is these students themselves, who have denounced with voice and figure their forcibly sending them to Ukraine, demanding that those videos be distributed so that the whole world can see them.

This clearly shows that Russia's population is not in hostility with the people of Ukraine, but is the corruption power already completely isolated from Putin's internationals and his close staff, who want the destruction and subjugation of Ukraine.

No one had thought that ukraine's resistance would be so successful, stable and mobile. To this day the Russian army in addition to dignity, the force of 'invincibility', psychological warfare, information warfare, irregular war and asymmetric war, etc. has lost more than 30,000 soldiers (killed, wounded, captured hostage, defected from the fighting post) a very high number this reflects no less than 1/5 of the total amount of troops engaged in fighting in Ukraine.

This is clearly reflected in the last order to withdraw from the outskirts of Kiev, the Chernobyl regions, on the front lines of Kharkiv, Irpin, Chernihiv Zaporizhia, etc. to focus more on the two declared independent republics of Luhansk and Donetsky.

It is clear to any military expert that this forced withdrawal comes after successful counterattacks by Ukrainian special units around the capital, following embarrassing losses and this strengthened mobilization clearly shows the drastic situation in which the Russian military is located.

This conflict should serve to learn lessons for NATO armies, including our armies in Albania and Kosovo, that we must re-edit the structures of combat units, equipment, armamentand training as soon as possible with the aim of successfully confronting similar conflicts in the future.

In this respect, footage of the conflict in Ukrania is reminiscent of 1986-1989 when Afghan mujahedes in Afghanistan destroyed less than 333 fighter helicopters and 113 Soviet planes with fewer than 1000 'Stinger' missiles.

In my judgment, but not only, this conflict will serve to review tactics for the use of battlefield armoured vehicles, air support, air combat operations and increased use of special operations forces in combat.

Increased military assistance in Ukraine by over $3 billion, The delivery of more than 20,000 modern countertank and counteraircraft missiles, the purchase of more than 40 Bayraktar TB-2 drones, serious investment for eight years of Ukrainian special forces with the latest tactics of asymmetric warfare, guerrilla operations, psychological operations, etc. has caused the centre of the gravity of the war to change in Ukraine's favor.

In respect of the reader, I want to do some simple analysis. The investment of our armies in the near future must be 'smart'. A $5 million T-90 tank is easily defeated by a $160,000 Javelin missile, a $6,000 'Carl Gustav' rocket or an RPG-7 shell that is found in bulk and has cheap costs.

A Russian MI-24, MI-25, MI-28, MI-35M, KA-52 attack helicopter, etc. which cost $18-30 million, is defeated by a 'Stinger' missile costing only $120,000. But here we also need to add pilot training costs ranging from $5 million to $7 million and the long time it takes to replace them, causing almost $30 million in damage through the use of a free and mobile combat system.

At the same time, the effective use of excellent Turkish air means 'Bayraktar TB-2', which, as in the conflict in Nagorni Karabakh, must also be added, not only have they destroyed dozens of Russian mecanized and armoured convocations, but at the same time have also enabled intelligence information about combat positions, the location of Russian troops, At the same time, they have lowered the morale of the Russian army to the ground.

In this context, in the absence of the purchase of modern aircraft or attack helicopters worth $15m-30m, our armies in Albania and Kosovo must implement NATO's "smart defense" and "comprehensive approach" approaches by equipping with attack drenches, the financial cost of which is sometimes less, but at the same time provide high intelligence and attack capabilities.

Kjo kërkon që në të ardhmen e afërt, Forcat e Armatosura të Shqipërisë dhe Forcat e Sigurisë së Kosovës në pamundësi për të patur në dispozicion buxhete të larta ushtarake, duhet sa më parë të planifikojnë së bashku Strategjinë e Sigurisë Kombëtare, Strategjinë Ushtarake dhe të fillojnë zbatimin e një plani afatmesëm dhe afatgjatë për krijimin e njësive moderne të operacioneve speciale, modernizimin me dronë të armatosur, armë moderne kundërajrore, kundërtanke dhe krijimin e kapaciteve të qënësishme të inteligjencës.
