You don't become an intellectual...

I was in the professor's office i had most of my heart. He asked me:

"What do you want to be in the future?"
"I want to be an intellectual" - I replied.
"You don't come from intellectuals" - he returned it to me.

I was surprised, after a little with a tone of annoyed voice, I addressed him:

"Although I took your subject once, I come again and participate in the lesson. I am the student who reads, researches and enters into more discussions from everyone else in this faculty..."

"You don't come out intellectually..."

I was so nervous!

"Even the themes of professors' works, I suggest it again."

The professor leaned behind the cough and smiled added:

"From you comes a very good scholar, but not an intellectual. As for why, when I said to you, "You don't come out intellectually," instead of asking me why? You got nervous and angry.

Writing is related to knowledge, while intellectualism is not a matter of knowledge but of the kind.

For a person to emerge as a literal intellectual, his family must have read for three generations.

Look at the front of the faculty. It's filled with the cars of the last models, it all belongs to the professors.

Every year they switch cars taking the newest model on the market. Do they really need something like this? Why they make such a life.

For however high the academic titles of those professors are, in fact their soul remains but a feudal peasant. They are obliged to behave in this way only to impose on others the title they carry.

A true intellectual never carries such a mentality. While feudal peasants who are dismissed as intellectuals are not enough diplomats. As is the money..."
