The Albanian who was killed in Baldissero D'Alba, Italy, by the owner of the house where he was suspected of entering to steal with others, has been identified as Gjovalin Lazri.

The 36-year-old lived in Turin, where he ran a bar on the northern outskirts of the city, and was the father of one child.

He was shot dead by 35-year-old Italian Roberto Mollo after entering the courtyard of the house under reconstruction with five other people, according to Italian media.

According to investigators, Mollo shot several times with a semi-automatic pistol, leaving him no chance to escape. The 35-year-old was alone in the house and grabbed his gun, firing several times in the darkness at the gang.

The 36-year-old Albanian, according to media reports from the neighboring country, had a criminal record for crimes against property.
