SPAK has decided to grant the status of collaborator to another member of the criminal group, namely Skerdi Tase, after the termination of the cooperation agreement with Henrik Hoxhajn, a friend of Nuredin Duman.
Henrik Hoxha and Nuredin Dumani unraveled 18 serious criminal events, which led to the implementation of the "Golden Bullet" operation.
Meanwhile, the prosecutors have received the testimony of Skerdi Tase, who is said to have given essential and very important details about serious crimes that happened recently in Elbasan.
After more than a year of investigations, the prosecutors came to the conclusion that Henrik Hoxha had not confessed the whole truth.
The sources add that for certain crimes, he had hidden crucial facts, in an attempt to save those who ordered the assassinations. Under these conditions, it has been decided to end any cooperation with him.
Testimonies of Skerdi Tase, strong evidence
His testimonies are considered as strong evidence and are in harmony with the confessions of the other penitent, Nuredin Dumani, so the prosecutors think that they are more worth investigating and proving the charges against the members of the criminal groups. Even earlier, Skerdi Tase had expressed his will for cooperation in court.
A few days ago, the Special Prosecutor's Office removed the status of the penitent from Henrik Hoxhaj, who agreed to cooperate after the arrest, disclosing several incidents, mainly murders, in which Nuredin Dumani had also participated.
The prosecutor of the case submitted to the Court, the request for the termination of the cooperation, with the argument that after analyzing the facts, she proved that Henrik Hoxha did not tell everything, keeping some reservations.
