A 50-year-old Albanian was arrested by the carabinieri in Bologna, Italy, after breaking the "house arrest" security measure.

He was assigned this security measure as he is accused of domestic violence, due to the fact that in May he was sued by his wife.

A few weeks ago he asked for the intervention of the Italian police, who as soon as they arrived at his house, asked them to shoot him in the head because he no longer wanted to continue under house arrest.

The Italian media write that he made the unusual request to the carabinieri, on the grounds that he could not control his aggressive instincts and would violate the elderly mother and her son.

The 50-year-old violated it again by behaving inappropriately towards his family members, despite the security measure of 4 months ago.

This has prompted the Court to accept the request of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Bologna by assigning the security measure of prison arrest to the 50-year-old, who is already behind bars.
