The full list of candidates who have applied for members of the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council is published. The list was published in full by the Ombudsman, Erinda Ballanca.

Following the other phases of the process, the verification of the fulfillment of the legal conditions of the candidates and the development of the evaluation and ranking procedure based on professional and moral criteria, guaranteeing a fair and merit-based process, will be followed by the Ombudsperson.

For members of the KLGJ and KLP, the candidates are from the law and civil society.

OMBUDSPERSON'S NOTICE:

At the end of the application deadline for submission of expression of interest for members of the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council from The Lawyer and Civil Society as well as for members of the Civil Society Commission that will conduct preliminary verification of candidacy for the member representing civil society in the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council, The Ombudsperson shall publish as follows the list of candidates/organizations of applicants. Meanwhile, we emphasize the fact that this list may be attached to applicants/organizations who may have submitted their application within the corresponding date by post according to the legal rules for validity of the application.
