The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha , is leaving for the United States of America after the removal of his non-wife.

Berisha described this visit as an important political moment, expressing his belief that American support will be crucial for political developments in Albania.

"This presence proves that you realize that this is the journey of years for Albania."

And I am very pleased that today I am leaving for the United States, with the same conviction as in March 1991.

That the great country of freedom will support Albania and the Albanians in their effort to free themselves from the authoritarian dictatorship based on drugs, crime, and the theft of Albanians of Edi Rama, the narco-state regime.

Once again, once again, there is nothing personal. I said it again, your presence here proves that you feel that this is the journey of years for Albania.

"But on my level, I go and meet my friends to whom I say: I came, I came," said Berisha.

Asked whether he was traveling on a business or economy class ticket, Berisha preferred not to answer: "Thank you very much. Thank you and goodbye."
