The chairman of the DP group, Enkelejd Alibeaj, in a triumphant sign, appeared today at a press conference at the Presidency of the Assembly after the approval of his initiative to open the files.

At the moment he was explaining the approved law, the lights went out for a few seconds. The Democratic MP raised his head and passed it off with a joke.

"Just don't turn off the lights, this is the moment to make transparency for all Albanians. It is important that the files were opened by law", he said.
