The Assembly is holding the plenary session on the draft law on State Security files.

During his speech in the floor of the Parliament, MP Enkelejd Alibeaj stated that the moral position for this draft law is to open the files for everyone and not only for IM

"This solemn moment today of the approval of this law with your vote, but also with the vote of these here, actually requires the morality behind it, it is a moral act, and as a moral act it should not even be included in the discussions here some small traps of political war or petty political war, but you say you have it for IM Open the files for IM, for EA, for ER and anyone else, this is the moral position, you don't have to make it dirty by showing the true motive of your motivation to vote this thing. You should have preserved this in such a solemn moment", said Alibeaj who added that the reason for their position in this matter is to do a service to the Albanians and not to wage a political war.
