Babis Anagnostopoulos, who took the life of his wife and then staged a violent robbery, was sentenced yesterday to life in prison.
The parents of the 20-year-old British have already expressed that the 27-year-old will never see his daughter Lydia again.
Caroline Crouch's father, David, said the 34-year-old would most likely become a "lost man" locked up in a notorious prison like Korydallo.
"When he completes the sentence, which many people think he will not survive, he will be a changed man, a broken man, much older than his true age. Now that his fate is decided, Susan and I can move on. I intend to change Lydia's last name with that of her mother, so that she is never associated with this hated creature. ”
"I will make sure he never sees his daughter or has any contact with her."
Caroline Crouch, 19, was killed last May at the villa where she lived with Anagnostopoulos.
