Russian special forces entering the building

 

Ukraine's military intelligence has reacted after the terrorist attack with at least 40 victims and 100 injured in a concert hall in Moscow.

The main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has said that the terrorist attack in the Moscow region is "a deliberate provocation of the Putin regime", for which the international community has warned.

"The fire was not extinguished for at least an hour as first responders waited for special forces teams to arrive. This is abnormal for the city of Moscow and the region. This happens only when a terrorist attack is planned by those who give orders to the special forces", says the reaction of the Ukrainian intelligence.

Four gunmen entered a concert hall in Moscow, shooting hundreds of people in attendance. According to reports so far, the perpetrators also detonated bombs causing the multi-storey building to be engulfed in flames.

It is unclear whether the perpetrators were killed, captured or managed to escape as reported in unofficial channels.

We recall that about two weeks ago, the American embassy in Russia warned "of an imminent terrorist attack", but the official Kremlin underestimated the announcements, even calling them "blackmail by the West".
