Bombings in Odessa, Zelenskiy: Russia always finds a way not to keep promises

Russian bombing at the Port of Odessa questions whether Moscow will stick to the commitment to allow wheat exports from Ukraine, which would ease the food crisis that has erupted in many countries.

After these bombings, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenksiy reacted. He says the act shows that Russia will find a way not to implement the agreement reached by the UN and Turkey mediation.

"This proves only one thing: no matter what Russia says and promises, it will find a way not to keep that promise," Zelenskiy said through a video posted on Telegram.

At least three people have found death from Russian bombings in Odessa, while shelling has also returned to Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city. The Russian offensive follows Sergey Lavrov's statement, which said Western weapons have changed Russian strategy in Ukraine, which is not already focused solely on the Donbass region.
