Vox News reviewed documents from the National Business Center, which show that this company was registered in 2023, while its owner is Mr. Bashkim Ulaj, the owner of the company that is building the resort in the Velipoja area in Shkodër.

According to the documents, Dodina is developed on five floors and accommodates hotel, residential and bar-restaurant functions.

"A bar and restaurant are planned on the ground floor, which is directly connected to the pool area and the outdoor area. The hotel function will be carried out on the floors above this level, while the residential units are distributed in the rest of the building ," says KKT.

According to her, the resort will be called "Nereida" and complements the area by respecting the context of the location and at the same time communicating with the surrounding environment.
