The government gives permission to Lulzim Basha's father-in-law's partner for a 12-story building in Tirana!

The former leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has lost "his" "traces" after the last election campaign, where he made more memes than he received votes, with the famous phrase "O Ramë ku i ke shoqët". Basha did not manage to be elected as an MP, while for a long time he drove around with that question, making more memes than the electoral campaign itself.

Time passes and as can be seen from subsequent actions, Prime Minister Edi Rama has taken a "lust" for Basha, since separately or together, they have contributed to the destruction of the opposition. And, as a "reward", Rama has decided to reward him. Perhaps it is a bit too much to directly give permission to his partners.

The history between these names intersects again, where with a sudden decision after taking power for the first time, the current prime minister decided to demolish a palace in the city of Vlora, with the excuse that it was “built in the sea.” The palace was built by Xhafer Isufi, Lulzim Basha’s father-in-law, together with the builder Xhuvi Sharxhi.

After the demolition of the “Jon” complex, in the Uji i Ftohtë area, with loud trumpeting that all buildings near the coast would be demolished, even though they had permits and were mortgaged, the owners of the building sued the Albanian state in the Strasbourg Court. Millions of euros from the state budget were poured into the accounts of Xhafer Isufi and Xhuvi Sharxhi, while each continued to “work” for his own account, until fates crossed again.

According to documents available to Vox News, Prime Minister Edi Rama has put his name and signature on the permit for the object "residential and service building 11 and 12 floors with 2 floors of underground parking, located in the Municipality of Tirana, with developer 'Shoqëria Triangolo'".

"The project is located in the western part of Tirana at a distance of 2.1 km from Skenderbeg Square. The study area is directly connected to busy road axes and the construction site has an area of 1101 square meters," the documents state.

Other documents state that the KKTU has approved the 12-story project. “The volume of the building is built on a clean grid that follows the shape of the land and is divided into two interconnected volumes, with a dynamic displacement to expand public spaces and increase green spaces in the area,” the document continues.
