The government has adopted a decision to deploy floating means stations for entertainment purposes during the beach season.
The decision says that the right to set up these stations enjoys every physical and legal, local and foreign person, who apply for the establishment of seasonal docking/baiting stations of floating tools for tourist and entertainment purposes, through the connection of the lease contract for the operation of these stations.
The decision applies to any busy public institution, which is involved in the planning, rental or use and monitoring process of seasonal docking/baptism stations, which in this case are municipalities.
These seasonal stations are defined by the National Territory Council, while the Government's decision prohibits their placement not only on beaches granted to the private under strategic investor law, but also on beaches where the possibility of granting this status to the investor is being considered.
"No marine space and land area in the function of the establishment of the seasonal docking/baptism station can be leased or made available, when facing related contracts, or in the process of review, based on the law "For strategic investments in the Republic of Albania", or of making available property to investors in areas with priority tourism development". It is said in the decision.
