Note: Citizens' assessment of MPs and their elected officials has been on the ground for years. The general perception is that MPs use the mandate received and the card in the hall of the Assembly to protect the interests of their pocket and not the public interest.
How this perception of cases is inspired can be found abundantly, but are two of the freshest; Democratic Party deputies Ina Zhupa and Jorida Tabaku. The two deputies have received the flag of denouncers often, as from the DP's verb, as from the speaker of the Assembly, as in the chair of the commissions where they are a member.
They have mentioned how the government favours oligarchs, how it is giving the private with concession to Butrint, as the latest example. So diligent was in protecting ina Zhupa's cultural heritage that he removed the microphone and tried to stop the Culture Minister from speaking during reporting to the parliamentary Culture Commission.
But are the battles of Zhupa and Tabak so principled in defence of the public interest? That's hard to believe. None of them have denounced any of the many alleged corruptive spheres where in the middle is The Castrati Chiefs.
Tabaku is silent because Castrat has taken the property for development. So, the accused as the country's 'chief oligarch' has taken the land to build palaces and millions flow with palaces for both, both for him and the PD MP.
What about Ina Zhupa why are you silent? The mp who said she would lead the agreement with a foundation for The Oblast's management to SPAK, why has she never spoken of the airport concession, Porto Romano, General's Beach, the private road opened by Castrati near the University?
If she had talked about all this, then Mp Zhupa would convince us all that she is protecting the interests of citizens in the battle she has with the party in the Assembly. But as long as he didn't talk about them, some questions arise. What has prevented Ina Zhupa from speaking out against Castrat's concessions? Is there agreement with the oligarch, or people close to him?
An explanation is given on social media by the website "Work of Oligarchs", denouncing several spheres including The Kastrati Chiefs, which it calls the "chief oligarch". According to this page, Ina Zhupa was paid by Castrati.
"When Ina Zhupa is not paid, he takes over to lead the deal for Butrint to the SPAK. When paid does not lead to SPAK the way of the University of Tirana, the floors without permission of the Palace of Kastrat, the giant theft of Tirana airport, or the land at General's Beach.
