The theft of state treasury in the High Security Tunnels in Kërrabë continues to be one of the most sensational events in Albania.

280 kg of gold are stolen from that tunnel.

As well as one of the most talked about names in connection with this dizzying robbery, President Ilir Meta has been accused by various voices over the years, when he was nicknamed Like Floriri.

But the manner of the theft and the real perpetrators continue to remain an unsolved enigma, where for this the journalist Klodiana Lala addressed a question to SPAK today through a post on social networks.

"Question for SPAK: Has the file of the gold theft in Krrabë been reopened?", Writes Klodiana Lala.

The person who articulated it for the first time publicly, and raised the alarm that the gold of the crab had been stolen, was Sali Berisha. In 2000 he accused the then Prime Minister Ilir Meta of causing this state theft.

"If someone thinks of stealing gold from Albanians and washing their hands like a pilate ponzi, he makes a very serious mistake, he has made very wrong calculations. I insist on the resignation of Ilir Meta ", Sali Berisha had declared.

"The other one in the end is not called Ilir Meta, but Ilir Floriri", declared Sali Berisha.
