Her husband, the Kosovar citizen, Fisnik Habibi , released the scandalous photos taken by him after his wife's second operation at the Berat Maternity Hospital , where she was hospitalized 1 month and 20 days after giving birth.

He already lives in Mitrovica with the three daughters he had from his marriage to Miliena, and yesterday evening he gave a statement to the media in front of the Berat Maternity Hospital.

Fisnik Habibi has stated that the Italian doctors have completed the forensic autopsy, which he has since yesterday and is waiting for this autopsy to officially arrive at the Prosecutor's Office of Berat, where the investigation into the death has started for 4 months. mysterious of the 40-year-old.

Habibi claims that Italian doctors have confirmed that his wife died as a result of careless treatment, which led to the spread of a multiplex virus that is caused by internal infections in the blood.

Having kept them reserved until the end of the autopsy, Finsnik Habibi also makes public the photos taken by him a few seconds after the end of his wife's second operation at the Maternity Hospital of Berat.

In the photo, it is clear that the deceased is still under the effect of anesthesia, and in a basin near her, parts of the woman's placenta, which were left by the doctor inside her body after the operation, can be seen.

Habibi has denounced the Berat District Prosecutor's Office on September 20, 2023, one day after the woman's burial, the gynecologist at the Berat Maternity Hospital, Edlira Shkëmbi, and demands that she be held accountable for the death of his wife.

"I just want justice, for our wife and three daughters who are already without a mother, for the doctor to answer to justice for this death as my wife entered this maternity hospital with her own feet and after she did not improve for a day after giving birth, she died. I will fight as long as I have breath to establish justice in the country and if this justice is not established in the Albanian state, I will take the case to the Strasbourg Court," says Fisnik Habibi.

The death of the 40-year-old occurred on September 16, 2023 in a hospital in Milan, where the family had taken Miliena to improve, but she died immediately after arriving in a serious condition at this hospital.

Miliena gave birth to her third daughter in the Maternity Hospital of Berat on July 19, 2023 with a cesarean section.

After the operation, she only had pain and fever and stayed in the maternity hospital for 1 month and 20 days, without improving for a single day.

The doctor who performed the birth, Edlira Shkëmbi, operated for the second time after a month of hospitalization, to see the serious infection inside the abdomen.

After the operation, the family members stated at the time that she told them there was nothing more to do because the infection had spread in her blood.

Fisnik Habibi rushed the woman to a hospital in Milan, where Miliena died a few minutes after arrival. The Italian doctors had previously confirmed that Miliena died from a serious infection and the autopsy procedures were also started.

Miliena's husband himself made the serious accusations and denunciation against the gynecologist Edlira Shkëmbi, who accuses the doctor of incorrect medication and carelessness in the medication, causing serious complications to his wife.
