Ismet Çekorja, the 58-year-old father of Bajram Çekora, accused of the assassination of Alban Bruçi on August 25, was executed by firing squad in the Kiras neighborhood of Shkodra. Bajram Čekorja has been declared wanted together with Tornato Fushë for the assassination of Alban Bruçi.

Three days ago, he gave an interview to the media, exonerating his son regarding the assassination of Alban Bruçi. According to him, his son had nothing to do with the incident.
