Arsen Muskurti, the suspected author of the murder of his brother Dritan and sister-in-law Nora Muskurti, has confessed to the investigators the debate he had with them before shooting them to death with 7 pistol bullets.

The 38-year-old who is under the measure of 'prison arrest' explained to the investigators that he had a tense relationship with his brother since 2017.

"I have had continuous problems with Dritani and Nora Muskurti since 2017, because he was a person who did not accept account requests, and was often threatening to me. For this reason, I filed a report at the police station", explains the suspected author. Investigators are taking his statements with reservations, until they clarify them through testimonies and other evidence.

However, the testimony of the suspected author is important to shed light on the motive of the crime, as through it, the investigators manage to understand the nature of the conflicts within the family.
For this reason, Arsen Muskurti was given detailed explanations on the day of the event. He explained that on that day he received a summons from the court, as his brother Dritani had requested a protection order from him.

The suspect claims that in addition to this, he and his brother were also in court for a considerable amount of money, where he says that they had requested the firm's expertise, claiming that they had falsified it.

"Gathering in all these problems, I suffered a shock. I took the gun and went to the agency to clarify. As soon as I entered, I pointed the gun at him and said: "Why are you blackmailing me, my children, mother and father. He answered me with the words "you did it to me". Then I fired a gun at Dritan and I don't know what I did next. I left for my nearby store and put the gun in the safe. After that I went to my house on '5 Maji' Street. I changed and called my lawyer. I threw the clothes of the crime in a garbage can", explained Arsen Muskurti,  BW reports .

The file states that based on his testimony, the officers went to the suspected perpetrator's business and opened the safe, where they found and seized the crime weapon.

The serious incident happened around 4:40 p.m. on August 30 at the premises of the Nour Tours travel agency. Arsen Muskurti shot his brother and sister-in-law to death with 7 pistol bullets. After the shocking crime, the 38-year-old put the pistol in his body and left quietly to surrender a few hours later.
