A tourist boat with 28 passengers was helped by the Border Police in Vlora, together with them and the canoe with which two Finnish citizens were sailing.

Also, another case of rescue was in Spille, where the 44-year-old man and his 9-year-old son were pulled ashore after being in danger of drowning and then given first aid.

The services of the Border Police in Vlora and Durrës went to help in 3 cases, some citizens who risked drowning in the sea.

-At noon today, a citizen called to ask for help, as the tourist boat she was sailing with 27 other citizens had a breakdown in the Karaburun area.

A few minutes later, 2 Finnish citizens requested the help of the Police, since in the area called "Pirates' Cave", they had lost control of their canoe due to the waves, and it was impossible for them to return to the shore.

Immediately, two teams of the Vlora Border Police have left together with the vessels of the Border Police, to the places where the two vessels were left at sea.

The rapid intervention of the Border Police services has made it possible to locate and bring ashore the tourist boat with 28 passengers on board and the canoe in which the two Finnish citizens were sailing.

-Also, on the beach of Spille, the services of the Durrës Border Police, together with the beach guard, have saved 2 citizens who risked drowning while bathing in the sea. The 44-year-old man and his 9-year-old son were pulled ashore and given first aid.

All citizens who risked drowning at sea are currently in good health. They thanked the employees of the Border Police, who came to their aid in record time.
