Lawyer Ylli Manjani, who defends the businessman arrested by order of SPAK, Pëllumb Gjoka, has categorically denied that his client was involved in criminal events.
In a statement to the media, Manjani said that there is no evidence and that the Prosecutor's Office started with police indications.
"Every procedural action of Mr. Gjoka and others is that; none of them are defendants. So there are no charges either. According to the Albanian Bolshevik law, arrest is also allowed for persons under investigation. So this is allowed. We think in chorus and gave an opinion, all this started on the basis of police indices. There are no interceptions that fill the world. It's like going into an archive and stealing data. There is no evidence that my client has wiretapping. Nothing was caught. These are all speculations. The prosecution was clear; we are talking about persons under investigation and indictment, who were received by letter of order from France. Paper orders that came from France, it is not clear, since there are no captured devices. All are speculations, don't take people by the neck," said Manjani.
We remind you that in the interceptions of the French authorities in the Encro and SKY applications, several orders for the murders in Shkodër and Tirana were discovered that led to the attack on the criminal group.
