Adil Tefa from Korça is one of the three victims in the bloody clash between rival drug gangs, of Albanian origin, yesterday evening in Athens.
The other two Albanian citizens killed are known to be Jani T. and Gëzim A., about 30 years old, both with criminal records in the field of narcotics.
The media have disclosed new details from the serious event where the reversal of the facts has started in relation to what was reported at the beginning. What appeared to have started more accidentally after the collision of the vehicle with the motorcycle was actually a planned clash between the gangs that had started before yesterday's episode.
The parties had agreed to a meeting to resolve their differences. The Albanian group that opened fire was the first to travel with the vehicle driven by a woman, while the motorcyclist was accompanied by two other vehicles behind him.
They had been part of the same drug-trafficking group, but disputes had started between them over bargaining. Both sides have started arguing in the street. As soon as he got out of the vehicle, the Albanian pulled out his gun and shot the young man on the motorcycle.
Immediately the latter's father, who was in the vehicle, got out walking towards the Albanian, but he executed him from close range without thinking.
The other car accompanying the young man tried to leave, while the person inside his father's car ran to escape. But at that moment the woman who was in the car with the Albanian bandit stepped on the gas, hitting him, while a firearm was also fired at him.
According to the Greek media, the woman who was behind the wheel is the ex-partner of the person she hit with the vehicle. As a result of his injuries, the latter died in the hospital in the early hours of this morning.
After the shooting, the Albanian who shot the motorcyclist stole a vehicle at gunpoint and attempted to rob a gas station. After being chased by the police, he was killed in a shootout. As a result of the shooting, two police officers were injured.
