f you see the public's reaction to the IKMT's action for the destruction of the swimming pools that had occupied the public beach, you generally understand that the action is justified.

And rightly so. The company had illegally appropriated public property, whether through favours provided by the media it owns, or through corruption of state structures. That little matters.

But if Irfan Besbelliu has appropriated the public beach, Shefqet Kastrati has done so with public property and in the middle of the Tirana-Durres highway.

Such is the case of the gas station located in the Tirana-Durres axis in the sixth kilometer. If you look at the footage from Google Earth, you clearly understand the deviation, which many citizens who have made this route probably don't understand when they're in the car, or as passengers.
