Greek media have published the testimony of 25-year-old Albanian Bianka who stabbed her 28-year-old compatriot named Klea, with whom she suspected that her husband was cheating on her.

Protothema writes that the young woman admitted that she committed the act because of jealousy, but denied that she intended to kill him.

She said she just wanted to hurt Klea. She stated that she had found the 28-year-old kissing her husband in bed, at a time when the latter had told her that he had gone fishing and that he had become jealous of her.

The 25-year-old woman is accused of attempted murder and violation of the weapons law.

I have been living in Greece since 2004 and I can speak and read Greek. In 2012 I got married in Albania and since then I live with my husband in Pylaia. Together we have two children, an eight-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl. My husband had a relationship with the victim for the last eight years and I knew this because many times I found him in my house together with my husband lying in bed. I've never seen them have sex, except for kissing. All these years she lived with my husband. Several times over the past eight years I have spoken to the victim and her parents telling her to end her relationship with my husband. Also some of these times I told her to end this relationship. In fact, once I saw them holding hands and because of that I pulled out my hair. Despite this, she did not break off the relationship she had with my husband and even spoke ill of me to him, things which were not true. She used to tell my husband that I am going with other men. This happened a month ago when my husband kicked me out of the house and kept me and the children. Since that day I live with my mother in Kordelio of Thessaloniki. This month she started talking bad about me and my relatives. This made me so angry that I decided to find him and stab him to scare him. I didn't want to kill him. So I took a knife from home, took the bus and went to Pylaia to the house where she lives and found her outside the house. I approached her and said "let's talk closely" and she ran away saying she didn't want to talk. Then I took out a knife that I had hidden in my left armpit and stabbed her three times, first twice on the abdomen and then on the left shoulder. I regret my action because I wanted to scare her so that she would stop talking bad about me and apologize.

The incident happened a week ago. The young woman saw her husband with the daughter identified as Klea and became jealous. Consequently, he arranged a 'meeting' and stabbed him. The 28-year-old received medical help.
