He called for ISIS on social networks, the GJKKO Appeal declares incompetence

The Special Court has declared incompetence and returned the case against Bledar Zeneli to the Durrës Court of Appeal.

The latter was arrested on charges of calling for terrorist acts.

Zeneli was arrested on August 2 by Anti-Terror, after allegedly spreading terrorist calls and incitement of hatred through social networks, in support of ISIS, while he is accused of committing the following crimes:

"Inciting calls and propaganda for committing acts with terrorist intent" and "Inciting hatred or strife" provided by articles 232/a and 265 of the Criminal Code.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF GJKKO It is
communicated in summary that, today on 22.08.2022, in the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, the decision was announced regarding case no. 32, date 15.08.2022 registration, with the object "appeal against the decision to determine the amount of personal insurance", in charge of the person under investigation BZ, where the monocratic panel composed of judge Engert Pëllumbi, decided:
1. Approval of decision no. . 68, dated 04.08.2022 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.
2. The declaration of incompetence and the sending of documents to the Durrës Court of Appeal.

POLICE NOTIFICATION OF ARREST
"Today, on 02.08.2022 at 08:00, the judicial police of the Anti-Terror Directorate executed the arrest order of the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the citizen Bledar Zeneli, as a person suspected of committing the criminal offences: "Inciting calls and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist purposes" and "Inciting hatred or strife" provided by articles 232/a and 265 of the Criminal Code. The arrest of this citizen was made after an intensive two-year investigation, carried out with special investigation methods by the Anti-Terror Directorate under the direction of the Special Prosecutor's Office, where it was suspected that through social networks and various applications "Facebook", "Twitter", " Telegram", published articles, radical, extremist, propaganda materials and statuses,
