Fiodor Mihailovic, Svetlana Timofoeva and Mikhail Zorin, the three foreigners who were caught at the Gramsh plant, entered Albania from different directions in August and not at the same time. This is the latest detail emerging from the ongoing police investigation.
The authorities have seized from foreigners electronic devices and drones in which photos of military and strategic objectives were found not only in Gramsh, but also in other places in Albania. In these communications, the activity of providing secret information that harms national security is documented.
Also, the mobile devices of three people were disassembled, where they found exchanges of information and suspicious communications with other people through various applications, but mainly "Telegram".
For the three arrested, there are 3 criminal offenses "Assault due to duty", "Giving secret information", and "Providing information", committed in cooperation.
The incident that injured two Albanian soldiers happened on August 20. It was the guard of the weapons factory in Gramsh, who first noticed the suspicious movements around the facility. He notified the guard in charge that a person entered the territory and tried to take photos. Both the person in charge and the officer guarding the facility have implemented the regulation and called on the person who was taking photos to stop. They called him, but the person in question responded with a neoparalyzing spray. Despite the attack, soldiers Albi Bici and Ardian Xhaka managed to stop 24-year-old Mikhail Zorin. Albanian soldiers have not stopped there. They saw the "Chevrolet" vehicle, inside which was the Russian Svetlana Timofoeva, 33 years old, and the Ukrainian Fyodor Mihailovic, 25 years old. The two soldiers are in good health.
