Milk in Albanian supermarkets is sold for 190 LEK, or about 1.82 euros, although Albanian beekeepers have reduced the price by 10 to 15 ALL per litre.
In Germany, a litre of milk is much cheaper than in Albania. According to the photo distributed by agriculture expert Ervin Resuli, the condition is 1.25 euros.
Here's what the social media posts:
"Is it the fault of the ants?
Although since April 2023, beekeeping milk has been reduced by 10/15 lek/liter, the price of milk for the consumer continues to skyrocket. Although there is no crisis... As oil is in decline, gas is falling, farmer's milk - violently - in decline, euro for the first few things coming from abroad, for the consumer milk in the supermarket continues to be only growing."
He also has a question for the National Food Authority: Is it safe to sell milk to us???
