The tragedy of Himara shocked the whole of Albania, the police commissioner Arjan Tase, who stood like a brave man on the boat, turned into the murderer of an innocent child.

Scary, but this is Albania today! We are afraid to walk on the street with the child by the hand because the "strong" of the neighborhood who has a luxury car bumps into us. We are afraid to go to the beach because the boats will kill us.

Insecurity has taken root everywhere. Behind my back is the institution responsible for the safety of citizens. But how does it accomplish this important task? Sa accomplished this task in the tragic event of Himara.

Every evidence and fact must be disclosed in full transparency. What happened on August 2nd at Potam Beach, what the police and the police surveillance agency hid and how the perpetrator tried to hide the truth."

It was 13:50. Bledar Avdia with his 7-year-old daughter Jonada were standing on the seashore in Potam. Although they didn't know it, Babe and daughter were living their last moments together. Then came the fateful minutes for the Avdia family. A boat that came from the sea, cruelly took the little girl's life.

What happened in those minutes and what actions did commissar Arjan Tase that brought about the tragedy? An eyewitness who was 10 meters from the scene tells how Arjan Tase committed the serious crime.

But what did the police and the police oversight agency AMP say about the event in official statements?! In both statements there is a discrepancy not only with each other, but also with the truth of the event. In the Vlora police announcement, it is stated that the boat lost control, while in the AMP announcement, it is stated that Arjan Tase performed careless maneuvers 15 meters from the shore to return the boat to the open sea. The eyewitness of the event rejects both the police and AMP versions.

How was the event investigated and did the investigative team perform all the necessary procedures for the administration of all the evidence in order to fully elucidate the event. Dëshmitari okular tregon se në asnjë moment nuk pa që grupi hetimor të bënte një vëzhgim me detaje të vendit të ngjarjes dhe të administronte provat e nevojshme.

Komunikimi dhe veprimet e policisë kundrejt Arjan Tases në vendin e ngjarjes ishin sikur të kishte ndodhur një incident i vogël.

Arjan Tases nuk iu sekuestruan të gjitha sendet personale që kishte në skaf dhe në çantë. Në asnjë deklaratë të policisë dhe AMP nuk thuhet nëse komisarit të policisë iu sekuestrua arma e shërbimit apo sende të tjera që kishte më vete.

Po ashtu autoritetet duhet të japin përgjigjen nëse, Arjan Tase ishte nën efektin e alkoolit apo nën efektin e lëndëve narkotike. E nëse këto analiza nuk janë bërë që në fillim kur ai u shoqërua, Prokuroria duhet të nis hetimet se përse testet u shmangën.

Sjellja e Arjan Tases pas ngjarjes është një tjetër arsye e fortë pse hetuesit duhet të thellojnë hetimet. Gjakftohtësia e tij pas ngjarjes është e frikshme, madje dëshmitari thotë që Tase kërcënoi edhe familjen e Jonadës.

Autori i krimit ndodhet në burg në akuzën e vrasjes me dashje indirekte, një akuzë që u ndryshua nga prokuroria pasi AMP e cilësoi si vrasje nga pakujdesia.

Shpresojmë që drejtësia të ngarkojë me përgjegjësinë e merituar autorin e krimit, që nesër në policinë e shtetit të mos emërohen Arjan Tase të tjerë, që me arrogancë shkelin ligjet e këtij vendi duke shkaktuar edhe tragjedi.

Sot, në sytë e Jonadës së vogël shohim parajsën ku ndodhet. E vogla pikëlloi gjithë Shqipërinë. Ajo erdhi nga jashtë vendit dhe Zoti e mori në vendlindjen e prindërve, aty ku po luante në breg, ku sytë e saj të bukur ishin bërë njësh me detin.

Familjes së saj Jonada i ka lënë një boshllëk që nuk zëvendësohet kurrë. Me pikëllim në shpirt Gjyshi i Jonadës, një njeri fisnik, jep mesazhin e tij dhe falenderon shqiptarët për mbështetjen.
