A 35-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the Berat police, after he was caught stealing in a bar.

Official sources informed that the citizen Roland Polovina fell behind the bars.

Notifications:

The 35-year-old man was caught red-handed stealing a sum of money in a bar.

The investigation revealed 3 more thefts committed by this citizen.

Some of the items and clothing used for theft are seized.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Berat Police Station, following the operation "Neighborhoods" and as a result of investigative and operational work, carried out on the basis of complaints received from citizens, for several cases of theft, in different neighborhoods of in the city of Berat, they put the citizen in handcuffs:

- RP, 35 years old, resident of Berat.

This citizen was caught in the act, yesterday evening, trying to steal a sum of money, a bar, in the "30-vjetori" neighborhood. From the investigative actions carried out within the coded police operation "Neighborhoods", it is suspected that this citizen is the author of 3 other thefts of equipment and various items, carried out during the month of July, in 2 apartments and 1 bar.

As material evidence, some of the items and clothing used by the 35-year-old to commit the thefts were seized. Investigative actions continue to clarify and document other thefts that may have been committed by the RP citizen. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Berat, for further actions.
