"The former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rrjepaj was acquainted with the businessman of the winning company Ilir Rrapaj of the sterilization concession ", this is one of the information that SPAK has regarding the file that left the businessman and former Deputy Minister in prison today , reports journalist Glidona Daci.

Rrjepaj and Rrapaj completed their studies together at the Faculty of Medicine in 1991-1994.

"A.LL, director of the Saniservice concession company, completed his studies together with Rrapaj and Rrjepaj. The acquaintance between Rrapaj and Rrjepaj was confirmed by another student of those years with the initials DN", says SPAK in an unofficial announcement.

Based on the facts and evidence that SPAK has collected so far, the Klan News journalist has also learned that the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqja, Klodian Rrjepaj and Ilir Rrapaj entered Albania on June 15, 2014, which coincides with with the preparatory phase of the concession. This is proven according to the SPAK from the examination of the website of the ministry at that time where a post was made of the meetings held between the parties.

In the SPAK file for this affair, it is stated that Rrjepaj and Rrapaj left Albania through Rinas airport on November 24, 2016.
