The Special Court of Appeal has left in force the "house arrest" security measure for the judge of Elbasan, Zamira Vyshka.

Meanwhile, the "house arrest" decisions for the relative of the prisoner Arben Tirana, as well as the "prison arrest" measures for the lawyer Ilir Pashaj, Taulant Ramollari and Xjuljo Musai, have remained in force.

Judge Zamira Vyshka and lawyer Ilir Pashaj, a former judge removed from office before the vetting, were arrested on July 22 by order of SPAK, on the charge of corruption with a scheme to reduce the sentence against a citizen in exchange for a bribe. The arrests came after the interceptions and surveillance of the Special Prosecutor's Office revealed the judge and lawyer Ilir Pashai.

It is about the defendant Xjulio Musai, accused of wounding, who requested a reduction of the sentence to 6 months in prison by offering a lot of 200,000 Lek with negotiator Ilir Pashai. But the judge had asked for double, 400 thousand ALL.

The family members were ready to give the requested money to ease the punishment of Julio Musa, but when the amount was inflated by the judge, the family members did not accept.
