Atalanta eyes Cristian Shpendi

Atalanta is the next team to follow in the footsteps of Cristian Shpendi.

In Italy, it is reported that the leaders of the black and blue club are pursuing the Albanian striker.

With 10 goals and 1 assist in Serie B, Shpendi has attracted the attention of several clubs. Although he renewed his contract with Cesena until 2028, the chances that the 21-year-old will stay there for the next few seasons are very small.

Earlier, Shpendi was also rumored to be interested in clubs such as Roma, Fiorentina, Juventus and Benfica, while Atalanta has also been added to the list.

The latter have already started working on the moves they will make in the summer and Shpendi is one of the players being studied.

In the coming days, there could be talks with the clubs, with the aim of reaching an agreement. A transfer to Atalanta would be an important step for the Albanian striker, as the Italian club is known for the spaces and promotion it gives to young players.
