Rama explains "Besa" in four words

Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a reaction regarding the "Besa" document, an approach that he has presented as the new working method for the fourth governing mandate.

In a post made on social networks, Rama summarized the meaning of "Besa" in four words: "Trust, Empathy, Service and Commitment."

The head of government had previously explained that this document is related to restoring trust between citizens and institutions, describing it as a new way to bring the administration closer to the people.

"Faith is not killed with a crack, it leaves when the water is disturbed, it does not return with a call, but only when it finds friendly water ," Rama said during the presentation of this idea.

According to the Prime Minister, the challenge of the fourth term is to gather the "turbid waters of trust" from all sources and restore a stronger relationship with citizens through empathy and service.

"The job of the fourth mandate is to gather from all sources the troubled waters of trust and do so with empathy and the flamingos will return. Renaissance 2.0 is the name we gave to the new political cycle, Besa is the method to turn that cycle into a new experience for the citizens of Albania," Rama said.
