"I don't understand what they have against me" - Ylli Manjani

Ylli Manjani was invited to a television show yesterday, where he said that the protesters have turned him into a character. He said that electronic fraudsters take everything out of context.

"These people who put me in a different context are nothing but electronic fraudsters. When I said 'bread for the mouth', I meant it in the context of voting and not the right to protest."

Selling votes is not justified in the name of making a living, I have said this before in my interviews. I have not told Albanians not to protest.

"Those who change the context are fraudsters, they are electronic thieves. They have also published my phone number and have incited people's hatred with words that I did not say," said Manjani.

Those he called electronic fraudsters, he said, are acting with their own stupidity. He repeated, declaring that whoever curses him is cursed.

"I'm saying again that whoever curses me is cursed. It's very simple, it's pure logic. There is no malice in this. Whoever deals with my person, my family, who curses from morning to morning, is cursed from morning to morning. I'm not in power, I don't understand what they have with me," declared Manjani.

The former minister said that the protest is not clear about what it wants to achieve, so he called it an absurd protest. According to Manjani, there were also destabilizing elements in the protest and the very declaration of some persons non grata proves this.
