The new president, Balla: In the 4th round there will be a name from us
Taulant Balla

The leader of the Socialist Parliamentary group, after the failure of the third round, outside the assembly said that the moment has come to conclude the process of electing the President.

TaulantBalla added that the majority is ready to talk to any member of parliament. He confirmed that the 4th round will have a name of the president, which has started from a long process, and added that some names have been identified that are close to meeting the conditions.

" As we engaged with the belief that the opposition would take responsibility for the candidacies. It is a responsibility. From this moment we will not leave the country without a president and we will not propose. We will dialogue with anyone who will share responsibility for electing the president. "In these two rounds, there is a mechanism that no one can take hostage the process and the election of the president, " said Taulant Balla.
