US President Joe Biden was once again the subject of comments about his strange behavior, as he inadvertently revealed a letter with instructions for his actions.

During a meeting with US wind industry leaders at the White House, he casually showed photographers a list of instructions for him, including "sit in your seat," "make brief comments," and "leave."

Biden, 79, was also instructed to talk to specific participants, ask questions and thank them before leaving.

Thursday's mess was the latest in a series of mistakes that include losing balance and falling, confusing nationalities and saying the wrong things.

All of this has caused great concern for the president's mental capacity as he approaches his 80s, despite the White House dismissing comments and speculation about his health.

Instead of referring to the "President" by name, the author of the note referred to Biden as "IT", in large black letters.
