The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, denied that his son, Danillo, was involved in the attack in Banjska against the Kosovo police on September 24.
Vucic's reaction comes after the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Xelal Sveçla, said that Milorad Jevtic participated in the attack in Banjska, who, according to him, "is known as one of the closest collaborators of Danillo Vucic, the son of the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic".
"It remains for the security agencies and investigations to find out whether, in addition to Vučić and the high Serbian state structures, his son was also [involved] in the planning and organization of the terrorist attack in Banjska i Zvečani," Sveçla wrote on Facebook.
Vucic, through a reaction on his Instagram account, said that his son "has nothing to do" with the attack in Banjska, "except that he loves Serbia and 'Kosovo and Metohija' as part of it, in line with the Charter of Nations United".
"The first characteristic of a coward is when someone attacks another's family, his children, because they are always the easiest target," writes Vučič, addressing the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.
Sveçla said today that after the attack in Banjska the authorities found a personal document of Jevtic, which according to him, "of the last five visits of Vucic's son to Kosovo, four times they were together in the same car".
