Medvedev: World War III begins if NATO invades Crimea
The war in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine has completed its 125th day. Russian President Vladimir Putin may supply Belarus with Iskander missiles. Two Russian missiles hit a shopping mall in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, killing at least 18 people and wounding dozens more.

In his speech at the G7 summit, President Volodymyr Zelensky called for help to drive the Russians out before attacks from all sides resume.

Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said that Ukraine's possible membership in NATO poses a greater risk to Russia than Sweden and Finland. He also had a warning about Crimea.

" Any attempt to invade Crimea would bring declarations against Russia. If a NATO member country made such a move, it would lead to a conflict against the entire North Atlantic Alliance: in the Third World War." " World, in a total disaster ," said Medvedev.
