The head of the Russian Security Council, Dimitry Medvedev, reacted after the terrorist attack with 40 victims and over 100 injured in Moscow.

In a post on Telegram, Medvedev has threatened the consequences if, according to him, it is revealed that Ukraine is behind this terrorist attack.

"If Ukraine is behind this attack, we will find the authors, the organizers, including high officials, and we will eliminate them as terrorists," he said.

Earlier, an advisor to the Russian Presidency said that "Ukraine has nothing to do with this terrorist attack."
