The Kremlin links the attack that caused mass casualties in Moscow to Ukraine:

The four attackers who carried out the Moscow massacre planned to flee to Ukraine. This is what the Russian Security Service, FSB, says in a statement today.

Russian authorities have arrested 11 people, including 4 perpetrators of the massacre at the concert center in Moscow.

The Russian security agency informs that the attackers who were arrested in the Bryansk region this morning "intended to cross into Ukraine" and had "contacts with the Ukrainian side". They were transported to Moscow.

At least 93 people were killed and more than 100 injured in the terrorist attack on the civilian population.
