Police agents of the Spoleto Commissariat in Italy have arrested a young Albanian man, who in an attempt to evade police control, swallowed an envelope containing the narcotic substance cocaine.

The incident happened on May 24, when during patrols in Pontebari, an area usually frequented by traffickers and drug dealers, police noticed a young man, who was scared when he saw them. After testifying to the police that he had swallowed the narcotics, the young man underwent an examination and drug therapy to avoid the risks that could come to his health. While the young man said that there was no explanation for his behavior.

According to the Italian police, the young Albanian turns out to have been detained once again in the same place where 11 packages of cocaine were found ready for sale. At the end of the verdict in this case, the Albanian arrested in Italy was sentenced to 8 months in prison.
