Unusual! The dean of the faculty in Skopje does not announce a tender, but takes
Besfort Idrizi

At a time when in North Macedonia and the entire Balkans tenders have turned into business and are announced for every detail that an institution may need, the first Albanian dean of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje has shown the opposite.

Besfort Idrizi is undoubtedly a necessary and often missing figure in educational institutions. The first Albanian dean of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje, has expressed his responsibility and seriousness in the exercise of the dean's duties.

Instead of announcing a tender for the seasonal renovation of the Faculty, Besforti has "rolled up his sleeves" and started working on fixing the defects of the educational institution himself.

With the example he gave, he has also motivated other colleagues, who together have brought the result of saving the financial means so necessary for an educational institution, because it is known that with every tender announced, more money is spent to fill the pockets than to get work done.
