The hooligans accused of a week ago's bloody events in the Nea Philadelphia neighborhood of Athens, which led to the murder of 29-year-old AEK fan Michalis Katsouris, have been transferred to Hellenic prisons after Monday's trial.
As their transfer took place, a new video showing the moment of the fatal blow to the youth of the hooligans of the "Bda Blue Boys" group, has been published by the Greek media.
In the footage provided by SKAI, 29-year-old Michalis Katsouris is seen wearing a blue T-shirt and tries to escape the Croatian hooligans by running.
In the beginning, the victim is seen being hit with a stick, after being stabbed by the hooligans of Dinamo Zagreb, who were running after the ultras of AEK through the neighborhoods of the Greek capital.
A little later, the 29-year-old is seen removing the motorcycle helmet he wears on his head and looking at his left arm, after he received the first serious blow there.
The young man then runs to a kiosk, where he hides behind an ice cream refrigerator. This is also the point where he collapses and takes his last breath, after receiving the fatal stab wound.
In addition to this video, all the other images found on the seized mobile phones, as well as the images of the security cameras of the area are still under the microscope of the police.
As the crime weapon has not yet been found, investigators dealing with the case believe that the answers to who is behind the murder of the young man will be provided by the samples of genetic material that will be collected from those arrested.
However, from the data so far, the Greek authorities who are handling the case in question have targeted five people who are considered the main suspects for the murder. In addition to three Greeks and a Croat, there is also a young Albanian.
