The representative of the "Frigo Food" company, Sokol Meqemeja, has stated that the "Wudy" products arrived in Albania were produced by a safe factory.

The businessman Sokol Meqemeja gave a show to the citizens, regardless of the fact that yesterday the news circulated that there is a dangerous bacteria in Wudy products, Meqemeja consumed "live" sausages.

He said that these products that arrive in Albania are accompanied by the results of the analyses, carried out by the laboratories in Italy, which are certified by the European Union, and also pass through a second filter by the responsible Albanian authorities.

The word of Sokol Meqemeja:

Dear citizens and media representatives! I am Sokol Meqemeja, representative of "Frigo Food" company, exclusive importer of "Wudy" products in Albania. Yesterday, the public opinion became aware of a statement by the National Food Authority, which informed that several lots of Wudy products were compromised with the "Listeria" virus. In respect of the citizens, as well as being maximally committed to the safety of the health of customers, the company "Frigo Food", explains the following: "Frigo Food", for about 20 years, is a representative of the Italian company "AIA", one of the enterprises largest Italian and European. A few days ago, "Frigo Food" was informed by the "AIA" company that, in one of its establishments, there was a defect in the pasteurization plant. We clarify that the company "AIA" has several production facilities.

Kompania italiane njofton gjithashtu se ka tërhequr të gjithë produktin e kompromentuar nga tregu europian. Ndërsa, sa i përket produktit “Wudy ” të mbërritur në Shqipëri, sasia e importuar është prodhuar dhe është shpërndarë nga një fabrikë, e cila është 100 për qind e sigurt. Produkti “Wudy ” i mbërritur në vendin tonë nuk ka asnjë lidhje me impiantin e kompromentuar të kompanisë “Aia” në Itali. Produktet “Wudy ” që janë importuar në Shqipëri kanë garanci maksimale dhe kjo është e konfirmuar nga fletët e analizave të kryera në Itali, si edhe nga Autoritetet shqiptare.

Për të qenë sa më transparent me Ju dhe opinionin publik, ju sqarojmë se çdo sasi produktesh Wudy që mbërrin në vendin tonë, është i shoqëruar me rezultatin e analizave, të kryera nga laboratorët në Itali që janë të çertifikuar prej Bashkimit Europian, si edhe kalojnë në një filtër të dytë nga autoritetet përgjegjëse shqiptare. Në asnjë rast të vetëm, as këto muajt e fundit, nuk është konstatuar që produktet Ëudy të importuara në Shqipëri të kenë pasur problem për sigurinë e shëndetit të klientëve. Kompania “Frigo Food” zhvilloi gjatë ditës së djeshme komunikime intensive me autoritetet përkatëse shqiptare, ku i sqaroi me detaje situatën, si edhe paraqiti garancitë maksimale se produktet “Wudy ” të importuara në tregun shqiptar nga kompania jonë, janë tërësisht të sigurta për përdorim nga qytetarët.

For all these reasons, the "Frigo Food" company wants to assure the Albanian citizens who have used "Ëudy" products that they will not have any consequences on their health and they can be used without any problems, respecting in any case the relevant notes on the product label.
