Rama also says it: the prosecution 'traded' the VAT files to the

In the long conversation he held this Saturday with citizens and journalists, Prime Minister Edi Rama confirmed what has been rumored for a long time in the media and public environment: the trading of files by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.

Rama referred to the fraud with the VAT invoices, for which he said that the Prosecutor's Office not only stood idly by, but handed over the file to the opposition.

"That scheme has been discovered by the Taxes of the Republic of Albania and that scheme has been denounced to the Prosecutor's Office and for that scheme the Prosecutor's Office has not done anything for the culprits and the Prosecutor's Office has taken that scheme to my uncle, that is, to them, and then with the documents of the Prosecutor's Office they go out and make the Prosecutor go to the streets and pervert the millet, this is the fact", he declared.

The Prime Minister stated that these issues are within the competence of the general prosecutor's office, which, as he stated, should no longer work to fill statistics with simple and powerless people for a fence and a wall.

"Those who build without a permit to sell, they buy the prosecutor, they buy the judge, and in front of them the police and the government are powerless. This is the essence and all the others are the meanness of people..." he said.

Regarding the VAT invoices, there are some forced denunciations by the Freedom Party. Among the denunciations made recently, one of Brisida Shehaj was related to an invoice for the purchase of a domain worth 245 euros.

The case shows how ridiculous but dangerous these denunciations have become, which are increasingly revealing themselves to be aimed at fining and not justice.
