For all this, the Albanians have been eagerly waiting for an answer from the new justice system. The delays in this response have also weakened their faith in the reform. But, apart from the citizens, the confidence and fatigue can also overtake the internationals, who in these years have invested almost 60 million euros so that 'no one is above the law'.

When it is said that no one is above the law, of course 'no one' is not the ordinary citizen, who is caught giving bribes, nor the official of a municipality that has signed a dubious tender worth several thousand euros for the opening of irrigation canals in Myzeqe.
