There are a series of questions that have still been left without an official response from authorities to the Tragedy of Kumanovo, where a 7-year-old lost his life to the madness of a former police commissioner.

The questions relate to the ownership of the skafi he ran and the directional permission. Is there a driving permit for floating motor water tools? If so, when did he get it and who gave it to him? What are the criteria for obtaining these permits? Who issues them and what are the criteria for the device with these permits?

Answers to these can be released in the following days the investigations launched by the police and the prosecution. But, in advance, the law stipulates that permits for the direction of water motor tools are issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

For the equipment with these permits, a relatively long period of training and tests are needed directly related to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, which is run by Belinda Balluku.

This minister has kept quiet about the case in question. He has also been silent about recording the tool, as much as Belinda Balluku herself has been silent, which under law number 127 of 2020 is at the head of the ministry where responsibility for these permits falls directly.

Article 4 of this law clearly stipulates that the means of sea transport for tourist use and water entertainment, such as the skafi that led Arjan Tase, are equipped with driving permits and their management with directional permission from the responsible transport ministry.

But in this case Balluku's responsibility is twofold after being appointed deputy prime minister. The role of deputy prime minister has practically given the reins of the country's governance, if we are to start from opposition charges, which in the past has called edi rama to account for his record failure to attend government meetings by passing them on to his deputy.

Despite this, Belinda Balluku has kept quiet about the tragedy in question, whether for moral responsibility as head of the Infrastructure Ministry or for moral responsibility as deputy prime minister.

If in a part of other ministers, deputies and key leaders of the party finds solidarity posts with the 7-year-old family who lost their lives in the Kumanovo, Balluk's profiles find only her 'imaginary successes' at the head of the ministry, such as organizing a very fussy event and pomp to tell citizens how many segments the Milot-Fier axis is divided into, But without saying how much it costs, who's going to pay, when the job starts, or when it closes.
