The criminal police have identified the photo of the vehicle used in the assassination attempt a month ago in Fushë Krujë where Briland Martinaj and his two friends were killed. It turns out that the car entered Albania from Kosovo and was equipped with license plates of another stolen vehicle. Police chiefs have drawn up a list of people who should be questioned in connection with the incident.

"Ora News" reveals the image of the "Passat" type vehicle, which was used by the group of hired killers, to carry out the mafia execution of 23-year-old Brilant Martinaj and his two friends, Besmir Hoxha and Diklen Vata, on July 17, 2022.

From the analysis of the footage seized by the criminal police, it is widely believed that 4 armed persons moved with this vehicle to commit the murder.

"Ora News" learns that the car captured by the video cameras of the businesses, has been circulating in the area, with the license plate "AA 156 OR", and in this image it is believed to be at the moment of leaving the scene.

What the security cameras caught

Its images taken from the security cameras have been compared with the image of the burnt vehicle after the assassination and it turned out that the car is the same, but the perpetrators have taken care not to leave any traces on it, setting it on fire and burning any evidence of possible together with weapons.

From here, the perpetrators left in a second vehicle, leaving no trace.

At the same time, according to the police, the vehicle's chassis number was erased, causing a serious difficulty in identifying its owner.

According to the verifications carried out, the car entered the territory of Albania from Kosovo, using the border point of Morini, and the police are working on who are the people who brought this car into Albania.

At the same time, it was discovered that the license plates "AA 156 OR" belonging to a "Daimler Chrysler" type car were placed on the vehicle in the name of the citizen with the initials, AL

The license plates were reported as stolen to the Tirana police almost 1 year ago.

Until this stage of the investigation, the police connect the event of the triple murder with an injury that happened in Milot and the murder of Xelal Reçi in Laç. The latter had a relationship with Indrit Doklen, a character sentenced to life imprisonment and is currently free and on probation.

Based on this situation, the General Director of the State Police requested the questioning of Indri Dokles, Alesio Dobruz, Rohan Brahim alias Prendi, Ramazan Rrajës, grandson of SP deputy, Rrahman Rraja, Fatjon Murati, Gentian Reçi, grandson of former police officer Xelal Reçi and brother-in-law of Indri Dokles.

By order of the prosecutor's office, a measure of prohibition has been imposed on these persons in the "Tims" border system.

Until these moments where the investigation is, this is the only silhouette of the suspected car of the perpetrators, while the police and the prosecution, in this event, ask for the help of every citizen to cooperate with the police, and any correct information will be rewarded against a the price of 30 million old lek.

Besmiri, Brilanti and Dikleni, the victims of the assassination

The massacre of July 17, 2022 at the Fushë-Kruja overpass where Brilant Martinaj, Besmir Hoxha and Diklen Vata were executed in a car shocked public opinion in the country. The bodies of Brilant Martinaj and Besmir Hoxha were burned in the car, while Diklen Vata managed to get out of the car but was shot by the executioners a few meters away.

The only one of the three people who was convicted in the car attacked with a weapon was Diklen Vata, whom the Tirana court had declared guilty, for the charge of "Production and sale of narcotics".

As for Besmir Hoxha, there was no case registered in the prosecutor's office or filed by the police. Even Briland Martinaj, according to the prosecution, was only investigated for the murder of FNSH policeman Xjulio Prela (December 2020), but the case was dismissed and Redion and Sokol Hysa were arrested for the murder.

While sources at the Laç prosecutor's office and the Lezha police say that Briland Martinaj was never a suspect in the murder of Xelal Reç in 2021 and he was never questioned about this event. / Ora News
