Evidence of the arrested servicemen at Zall Herr base is revealed, after the discovery of a parcel of 125 cannabis plants within the ward territory.

He said that the task of controlling the military infrastructure was the support company of Captain Laurent Dollomaja, while he answered how these duties were done by the military personal. The areas that were controlled were determined based on the risk zones where the most risk was water and camouflaged places such as the forested area. He said he had conducted a continuous search of the territory and kept the corresponding minutes. During the control he had exercised with his subordinates Captain Rsutem Koçi and Sergeant Gentian Zhurda had found the siege in many parts of him. He said that he had reported it orally to Colonel Petrit Dajlani, but had not kept minutes for the perimeter violation. These violations were not taken due to the lack of effectiveness.

He says that the territory was last exercised on 25.07.2023 together with Sergeant Gentian Zhurda and Chief Officer Arben Muça, a control they exercised in connection with the Military Department 1060. During the inspection, nothing suspicious was found.
